Our story

From a very young age, Joey Gonzalez started making pizza with his brothers, Louie, Ronnie, and Roger as he got older it grew into a passion. Working at many pizzerias, he saw first hand just how deceptive and careless these owners had been. He noticed both the lack of their presence and quality in their establishment. After many years of these schemes and reflecting back to how he was taught, he had to break free and venture out on his own. He lives up to the statement, “quality over quantity” as he's seen it done the opposing way and does not want any part of it. This is how Brooklyn's Best Pizza And Pasta was born! He wants to carry on the tradition of true authentic pizza, and bring the “Best” to Las Vegas, from Brooklyn!

He is determined to serve Las Vegas a pie just like he would expect from back home. He works hard everyday to make sure his customers are not only served the best of the best, but to build a relationship with them as if they were part of his family. Joey is a genuine hearted guy and wants only in life to put smiles on people's faces, weather that is his family or a random person he's never met before. He loves and cares for everyone as his mission in life is to impact others lives in a positive way. He incorporates this philosophy everyday in his restaurant making sure no one walks away unhappy!
